Olympic® Liquid Vinyl Spray-On Coating

Our technologically
advanced Liquid Vinyl coating system is composed of a special formulation of PVC vinyl resin and polymers.
Olympic®
Liquid Vinyl is a long-lasting, spray on coating that will beautify your home or business. The smooth-to-the-touch finish is one of the more protecting coatings you will find. The permeable vinyl coating has superior elasticity, resists water penetration and can withstand the most severe of weather.

Liquid Vinyl Siding seals gaps and bridges cracks up to 1/8 of an inch. And with a higher solid content than other coatings, a thicker coating is formed on the surface leaving a tough finish that looks great.

It is engineered to last 30 years or more. Liquid Vinyl Siding is sprayed on at about the thickness of a credit card, 10 to 15 times thicker than an average coat of paint. It is approved for use over most any paintable surface. AM-VI-CO® Liquid Vinyl will give your home a whole new look. Liquid Vinyl Siding makes your home nearly maintenance-free outlasting regular paint by decades.
Never paint again!

It's not as expensive as you may think!

When you consider how much is currently being spent to repaint a home every 4-5 years, the cost is staggering. Most homeowners don't even realize how much money is spent on painting and exterior maintenance during the time they own their home. When  factoring these costs on a monthly basis, the amount spent can be more than a luxury car payment. Additionally, the rise in labor costs to paint a home has been just as dramatic as the increases in material costs and is expected to continue to rise for the foreseeable future. Just think of the money you can save by 'painting' your home one last time with Liquid Vinyl Siding and breaking the painting cycle forever. It can actually be less costly than what you are already spending to maintain your home. Liquid Vinyl Siding is installed with a written THIRTY-YEAR manufacturer warranty and can save you more money than you thought possible. It makes more sense now than ever.

Actual Cost of Paint
* Based on a post 1980 two-story, wood-sided  house that includes pressure cleaning, sealing, caulking, priming and one coat of latex paint
or stain. Depending on the quality of paint used and area of the country, paint cycles may differ. The actual cost  to pain t your home may be
different. Figures are based on $5,200 painting cost and a 3% annual inflation rate.

Now you can do it once and never paint again!!

Liquid Vinyl Siding

How it works:

Liquid Vinyl Siding is a unique formulation of high quality PVC and polymers. It is composed of 67% solids so more of the coating stays on the surface forming a tough and durable finish. The coating is highly resistant to water penetration, and at the same time, highly breathable, allowing moisture vapor trapped behind the coating to escape. A perm rate is a unit of measure expressing a coating's ability to allow moisture vapor to pass through the film, or its ability to breathe. Liquid Vinyl Siding has a high perm rating of 15.3.

The uniqueness of AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl Siding is due to the high content of a material called 'PVC'  used in its formulation. PVC molecules are spherical in shape and have the ability to retain their roundness after the coating is cures. During the curing process, the particles in the coating align in a specific pattern. The round edges of the PVC particles create small gaps between the molecules which are too small to allow water molecules through, but are large enough to allow smaller vapor molecules to escape. Liquid Vinyl Siding has a PVC content of 31.34%.

The Liquid Vinyl Siding system consists of two parts;  a base coat of  LVS bonder and a vinyl topcoat. The bonder anchors to the substrate and the PVC vinyl topcoat fuses to the bonder forming a permanent coating system that will stand up to the elements for years. Liquid Vinyl Siding combines the durability of traditional vinyl siding with the versatility of traditional paint. The vinyl coating is resistant to water, sun and able to withstand extreme weather conditions. Liquid Vinyl Siding has a solid performance history and works in most any climate.
